RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you want to return or exchange your order? Fill in our contact form with your order number in the subject line.
If a product is not quite what you were looking for or if an item is faulty, you can send it back to us and request an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. The returned item needs to be unworn, undamaged and have the original tags on. Follow our simple return steps below!
- Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order by completing our online contact form.
- A member of our Customer Care team will respond to you within 1 business day of receiving your Return Form, providing instructions for your return and the returns address.
- To qualify for a full refund (less shipping costs), please ensure that all returned products include all tags and accessories, remain unused and undamaged, and are packaged in the original box. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if returned products do not meet these policy terms.
- Kindly securely package your products in the original box and include your order slip. Return your package to us at the returns address provided by our Customer Care team within 14 days. Please note that you are responsible for the returning costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service when returning your product to ensure safe delivery to our returns address.
- Upon receipt, all returned goods are inspected. If the returned goods are in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days.
- For exchange requests, you will receive a dispatch email once your new product has been shipped. In the event that your selected replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 14 days.
